Lloyd was Vice-President of Washington Mortgage Corporation's Income Properties Division. There, he managed construction and long-term loan production and provided marketing expertise for the Portland Metropolitan area.
Lloyd is a licensed Broker in Oregon. He is a graduate of Oregon State University and has completed post-graduate courses in Business Administration, Real Estate Law, Finance and Appraisal at Portland State University.
