In order to assist in providing a quick response time to loan requests, please include all or as much of the following information in the loan submission as is available.


Property and Proposed Transaction Description:

  • Requested Loan Amount and Loan Term.
  • Indicate whether an immediate funding, earn out, forward commitment, etc.
  • Physical Description of Subject Property.


Area Description

  • Access, Primary Arterial(s); Competing Projects; Major employers


Income Statement

  • Year to Date (actual); Current Year Budget / Pro-Forma


Three of More Years of Historical Operating Statements

  • Include explanation of significant deviations from the norm.



Borrower information

  • Name and Type of Borrowing Entity (General Partnership, LLC, Etc.).
  • Agreement setting forth borrowing entity (Partnership, LLC Agreement).
  • Resume/overview of experience of entity/individuals.
  • Current financial information of entity/individuals.
  • Tax Return (3 years) will be required (at a later date).
